Sparkden is free for every teenager on it. No plan, no card, no trial that runs out. That only works because somebody else is covering the bill. These are the people doing it, and the organizations working next to us.
We do not have a headline sponsor and we are not going to dress one up. What we have is specific: an organization covering a specific cost so that a student does not.

kitani.aiParts of what Sparkden runs on are paid for by grant and credit programs. A grant is not a sponsorship and not an endorsement. These organizations fund the work. They do not direct it, and they have no say in what any teenager here builds.
Partners are not sponsors. Nobody on this list pays for Sparkden. They are organizations working the same problem from their own side, most of them run by students, and we share programs, members and whatever each of us has already worked out so the next group does not have to.

Cash, cloud credits, dev-tool seats, mentor hours. All of it turns into the same thing: a kid with an idea gets to put it on the internet. A human reads every message.
